Has everyone here receive this update. I have had my Ranger for a year and just got this. With that said it did stop a lot of the glitches that were occurring in the system. I had received 3 or 4 update throughout the year.

Yep. It came through as soon as I got close to my house late last night from the airport. Coincidentally, my Sync screen froze a few miles out of the indoor parking garage when I needed it for traffic guidance to get back home. Can’t exactly shut the truck off for a reboot on the highway… Hopefully it addressed whatever happened there.

As a win, there is a new quick button at the top to let you swap between phones quickly as a result of this update. Has been a headache for me having multiple phones. Hope this helps that!

This update loaded Friday for my RR. It's interesting that it resolves a locker status light that I don't recall anyone talking about.

Mine got updated Friday.
Biggest thing I noticed was the screen showing the Connecting Apple Car Play connection status of the iPhone.
It specifically identified it as and iPhone 14 Pro Max. Didn't do that before

Has anyone had an issue switching drive modes? When I turn the dial it often jumps through all the modes instead of going one at a time. I like to switch to sport mode and often it keeps going to the 4x4 modes. Then I have to turn the dial the other way to get it back to sport mode.

I recall hearing about weird on/off behave. Something to the effect that changing into a drive mode would turn 4wd + locker on. And changing out of drive mode would go to 2wd but still leave the locker engaged. Some ppl said it felt like locker was actually disengaged but the light was still on. So perhaps that was the case, the lock light stayed on but the diff was unlocked.

Hopefully someone w/ more detail can chime in.

i got it this weekend. Mine does updates on saturday mornings early. I have not gotten the trailer update but i also just towed with mine for the first time on friday so...

I dont think this is related to update, my Lariat did this from day 1, the dealer removed and reinstalled the drive mode wheel and it fixed the issue...I believe its a fairly common hardware issue
